• Web platform revamp: Led a rapid UI/UX revamp of monolithic Drupal CMS apps: product and design sprints, then Vite + React SPAs mounted into the CMS, upgrading every landing page.
• Mobile web app UI/UX: End-to-end design overhaul of a mobile web app on legacy PHP: 20+ module-level flows designed in Claude Design, refined in Figma, benchmarked screen by screen, styled in Tailwind CSS and shipped with a new design system.
• SPA Landing Pages: Designed, built and shipped Next.js/React landing pages for every user persona, with GoHighLevel CRM, sales automations and GTM/GA tracking set up through LLM prompting and MCP. SEO-optimised pages lifted booking conversion 7.52% in the first month of paid ads.
• Graphic Design & Social Media Automations: Built a graphic design and social media workflow from scratch, cutting turnaround from 1-3 days to 5 minutes: content discovery, AI graphics, post enrichment and publishing, run entirely from an LLM window.

As Enterprise PM, my product portfolio consisted of blue-chip clients like PETRONAS, Shell (East Malaysia), Maybank Islamic and Anakku, which combined generated over 80% of the company’s total revenue. Improved upon every quarterly KPI for Enterprise, grew the portfolio from 1 to 5, spearheading every product launch, delighting clients, and driving performance and revenue metrics to unprecedented numbers.

• Revenue-Critical Platform Management: Managed Petronas@Dropee, PETRONAS’ national procurement marketplace: RM 252 million GMV in 2024 from 22k orders (+22%), 600+ MAU (+8%), AOV RM 11k (+17%).
• Product Research: Product research on the PETRONAS PunchOut Catalog shipped PO search and payment/GRN statuses: monthly transactions +29.4%, MAU +12%.
• Product Launches: Launched four marketplaces for Shell, Anakku and Maybank Islamic, averaging RM 440k+ GMV in their first quarter.
• UI/UX Design: Ran UX research, design sprints and revamps across 14 modules, secured a dedicated designer and standardised an Enterprise design system. My landing page became the template for the site-wide redesign.
• Product Owner: Owned PRDs and acceptance criteria for every enterprise project, delivering fulfilment, approval flows and advanced search.
